Before We Arrive
We'll send you a reminder the day before your service, and on the day of your cleanup, we'll send a text with an estimated arrival time. This way, you can make sure your pets are secured indoors.
On-Site Safety
After we finish, we'll secure your gate and even send a photo for your peace of mind. Our team also sanitizes all equipment after every yard to prevent the spread of germs. As we work, we're also trained to notice any unusual abnormalities in pet waste that could signal a health issue. If we spot anything, we'll let you know immediately.

Per city requirement, we place all waste directly into your designated bin. This standard procedure helps the city for several operational reasons.
To manage odor, we double-bag the waste.
If you'd like us to haul-away the waste for disposal at an approved location, there is a nominal fee per visit to cover our disposal costs.
-
Initial cleanups may be required if it has been more several weeks since your yard was last fully cleared of pet waste.
There is generally more time spent cleaning your yard and there is more waste to dispose of on the first, initial visit. -

-
One-time cleanups vary in price depending on the situation so it's difficult to have a static price available on our website.
Call, email, or fill out the online form to request a quote for your one-time cleanup.
Once you have been quoted and agree with the one-time cleanup fee, you'll receive an email with a link to our payment system for that quoted amount. -
